L’AGENCE offers complimentary returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 21 days of the original purchase date, provided items are unworn and have all original tags attached. Please ensure that footwear is returned in its original box and that swimwear hygiene liners remain intact.

Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original designer packaging and tags are included.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
